A beautiful red stone that varies from deep red to red-brown. The stone can be polished high gloss.
The stone is suitable for the experienced sculptor. In particular, the finer carbide rasps are recommended. Chopping is difficult and is not recommended. The stone has fracture surfaces and the exterior can be somewhat crumbly.
